LM Associates started working for our client in 2007, our client had struggled to get planning for his dream house & approached LMA due to our ability to obtain planning permission for another house in his road. Our client owned a run down / derelict property on the bank of the River Thames in Chertsey, LMA managed to obtain a planning consent and saw the project through to completion.
