LM Associates were appointed by our client to provide planning services in accordance with RIBA guidelines for the provision of a mixed use development of upto 114 residential units, provision of a Dr's Surgery, Children's nursery & shop on a site in Waltham Abbey. Unfortunately on this occasion our clients application was refused by 1 vote due to it being situated in the Greenbelt. Our client failed to appeal in time and has subsequently decided not to follow up their interest.
