LM Associates were instructed by a private client to provide a full architectural service for the conversion of a dilapidated barn & stables. LM Associates have now obtained planning permission & building regulations for the use of ancillary accommodation to the existing (new dwelling also by LMA) house. Works are due to start in spring 2015 and are expected to take be completed by the end of the year.
