A new Members' Garden Pavilion and external terrace overlooking the 18th hole at Exeter Golf and Country Club. The Garden Pavilion is the first in a series of building works and reconfigurations taking place at the club. KTA have delivered a sequential masterplan that will be phased over a five year period to improve the clubs facilities. The Pavilion has been finished to a high standard and compliments the adjacent Wear House the Grade II* listed building. Disabled access to the previously poorly accessible Stucco Mansion is provided by internal link which wraps the pavilion.
