In 2012 Koha Architects won a short-listed competition for the restoration and Change of Use of a Grade-Two listed former School House into a mixed use Arts, Music and Education Centre. Koha Architects have been engaged to take the project through to its completion. One of the key changes is to reinstate the former school hall which is being refurbished to become a Concert Hall. The formation of a double-height exhibition space combined with the opening up of the South-West Archway will create a light, and welcoming entry area connecting the building with the Green and Cathedral. The project is due to start on site in 2014.
