KGA were commisioned by the site owner and developer to carry out a feasibility study to the developemtn potential of a site containing a derelict hotel in Westcliff on Sea The practice carrie out an detailed analysis of the site and entered into early consulatations with the Local Planning Authority, the results were presented to the client KGA was further commisioned to carry out detailed design work with a view to makeing a full planning application to demolish the existing strcutre and replace with a developemtn of private residential units
