The clients wished to dramatically change the scale and aesthetic of their house by creating extending to both the side and rear on first and second floor. The transformation has been dramatic with a large open-plan kitchen/living/dining space overlooking the garden, extended bedroom and ensuite on the first floor with a new master suite within the new side extension. The ground floor side extension houses a large garage, utility, plant room and shower room.
