Refurbishment of existing outbuilding in Purley: This old Annex building has been converted into the ultimate man cave with a bar, relax area, wood burning stove, gym, utility store and shower room. The existing shell of the building has been clad in vertical cedar cladding with a large new opening across the corner with new bi-folding doors opening onto the existing patio. The existing ceiling has been removed and the beautiful iron truss structure has been exposed and painted black to contrast with white interior.
