4 houses for a local developer in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We joined this project at Stage 3/4 and completed a Section 73 Application to vary some of the planning conditions from the original planning approval that had been gained before we joined the team. We then provided detailed drawings and supported the developer through the construction period with site visits and construction drawings.
