A new-build, energy efficient house in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We joined the design team at Stage 3/4 and completed a Section 73 Application to vary the conditions of a previous planning approval. We developed the design at Stage 4 to incorporate the Client's sustainability aims, completed the construction drawings and managed the project onsite, serving as Contract Administors during the construction period. The project included increased levels of insulation, triple-glazing, a high level of airtightness, an Air Source Heat Pump, Solar PV and Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery.
