The repair, alteration and upgrade of this Grade II listed former Rectory in East Anglia. We took this project from start to completion of building works on-site. The building needed a complete renovation. Works included altertaions to make it lighter with new windoes and glazed doors provided and an extension/ internal alterations to create a new Family Kitchen/Breakfast room and a new Rear Boot room. We also renovated all the interiors incl.bathrooms, dressingrm, laundry, bootrm, Kitchen and provided all the interior design and workshops drawings/spec. The old oak frame and roof where all repaired and upgraded with breathable insulation and the ground floor upgraded too. Old windows were repaired and cement renders replaced with lime plaster. Old dormers were reintated into the attic spaces and a new dormer introduced.
