Restoration and renovation project for the Botswana High Commissioner's residence in Winnington Road, London. The existing building had been internally damaged due to roof leakages, external wall leakages and severe bathroom leakages. This water ingress damaged the internal fabric of the building and a thorough and detailed effort was undertaken to restore the period building to its original internal detailing. In addition to the internal restoration, the design scope included new internal finishes, bespoke furniture and new bathrooms. Great attention was taken to ensure the building renovation was completed to the highest standard and specification whilst maintaining a coherent and consistent finishes scheme. Status: Internal renovation complete. The external restoration of the building is due to begin in April 2024.
