Our clients wanted to create a 60 sq metre open plan kitchen, dining and TV area and totally refurbish the rest of the house. This included moving some internal walls and windows upstairs, installing underfloor heating downstairs putting a new staircase in and replacing 3 bathrooms and a WC. We created several options for the client prior to planning permission and oversaw the tender process to select a builder. KWA provided management services during the construction works to oversee progress and validate payment applications.
