Creation of community and visitor facility to enable the re-opening of Margate Caves as part of ongoing regeneration of the area. The low energy building reconciles level issues and provides flexible cafe, interpretation, meeting and education spaces. The chalk caves are believed to be man made and were rediscovered in the 1800s by accident.
