Located within the Highgate Conservation Area, this project delivers a sensitive extension and restoration of a traditional upper maisonette within a terraced residential property. The design responds carefully to the character of the surrounding streetscape, balancing contemporary living needs with architectural integrity. The proposals include a loft conversion with a modest rear dormer a new glazed gable at second-floor level to bring natural light deep into the interior, full internal layout redesign optimising the use of space across all levels, tailored to contemporary living standards.
