A grade II listed building within the Primrose Hill Conservation Area. Forms part of the sweeping group of terraced Italianate villas on Gloucester Crescent designed by Henry Bassett and built c. 1840-1845. The proposal seeks to improve the internal layout configurations within the house and increase natural daylight levels to suit modern living requirements as well as the introduction of a new dormer roof to the rear.
