Jorges Salman Architects was appointed as lead consultant and contract administrator from RIBA Stage 4 on a new build development of two residential high end properties in the New Malden area. Our role was to evaluate the consented design, improve on it, and compile the construction packages required. In addition, we worked closely with the developer client to create a high quality interior specification and finishes programme in order to enhance resale values. Due for completion in December 2021.
