The client approached Jonathan Talley Architects to undertake a feasibility study for their large plot in Cuckfield, Haywards Heath. The brief was to establish if the two properties on the site could be divided to create two plots. Once this Feasibility established that the division was possible, JTA was instructed to produce drawings and documentation for a planning approval for a large wall to divide the site. A subsequent application was submitted to Mid-Sussex Council and was approved two weeks earlier than the determination date.
