Jonathan Rhind Architects undertook a programme of repairs and restoration of the Grade II* listed Manor House set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Quantock Hills. The team was initially appointed to obtain permission, gain consents, prepare technical specifications and obtain prices at competitive tender under a Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) grant to conserve and protect the fabric of the building while upgrading services to make them more sustainable and functional. Having successfully received funding from the HLF JRA oversaw the delivery of the project, appointing and instructing specialist contractors to undertake the work.
