JRA was the concept Architect for a new office building over the Crossrail station at Farringdon. Located at the intersection where Underground, Crossrail and the Thameslink meet, it is one of London’s premier office locations, centrally located with outstanding links across the city and beyond. The building provides office accommodation, retail and landscaped roof terraces, with a focus on wellbeing throughout the development. The project is targeting a WELL Platinum certification, and has achieved BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating, Energy Performance Certificate rating of ‘A’, and WiredScore Platinum. Following the concept design, JRA performed a monitoring role for HB Reavis.
