A large project on a small site in a Conservation Area, condensing a huge quantity of much needed refurbishment into a constricted space. Our Clients wished to renew and enlarge the kitchen and living area of this ground floor flat, and allow more light into the deep plan. We also refurbished one of the bedrooms; provided a new shower room and WC; and, renewed the majority of the internal services. The solution features bespoke English oak screens and doors, which open out onto a small sunlit courtyard.
