A small but challenging project for private Clients who required two extensions on opposite sides of their home. One, of brickwork, overlooking the front of the property provides a small studio for the painting of watercolours. The second, to the rear, provides a Garden Room, with a balcony, giving unobstructed views of the garden beyond. We fought and won a Planning Appeal for the front extension. And, at the rear of the property, we provided a Garden Room with a balcony& frameless glass balustrade. The galvanised steel work and the glass balustrade were fabricated and assembled by local specialists, to our design.
