This former office building in the bustling Fifth Street area of Milton Keynes was transformed into modern bespoke apartments. An additional storey was added to the roof and finished in a contemporary Trespa cladding to minimise the view from street level. The ground floor was extended to rationalise the space. The resulting apartments were finished to a very high specification and were snapped up within days of being finished. The building has been fully occupied ever since. Cotels have based there business from the ground floor of the building which was fitted out with custom glass screens and relaxing break out spaces.
