Listed Building - Grade II, Within a Conservation Area

Practice

JLK Architectural Design LLP

Wembley Gardens , Bramcote , NOTTINGHAM , NG9 3FE

This strong building has had a varied history. Starting as a gin distillery in 1912 then becoming the offices for Severn Trent and finally the Probation Centre for the local authority. It had seen hundreds of people come through its doors and was in need of some TLC. We created 19 bespoke one and two bedroom apartments with the help of a steel framed courtyard infill extension and new dormer windows to create living space in the roof. JKL were used to design and project manage this transformation.
