Jflemay Architecture and Design, Cromwell Place Co-Working , 4 Cromwell Place , London , SW7 2JE , United Kingdom

The site, a former warehouse in West Palm Beach, occupies two city blocks. The eastern edge of the site is adjacent to the Florida East Coast Railroad, while its western edge is along Florida Avenue, a quiet residential street. The existing warehouse measures 450 by 100 feet (137 by 30 metres) of which 250 feet will be converted into six commercial art galleries, for a total of 25,000 square feet (2,323 square metres). One of the galleries approached Jflemay Architecture and Design in November 2021 to design its entrance. Our work gradually grew to designing the building’s exterior, in collaboration with the Florida-based architect Song + Associates. Jflemay acted as designer on this project, providing BIM modelling and visualisation services to the owner and to the gallery tenants. The project is scheduled to open in October 2023.
