Jessop and Cook are currently for a domestic client to refurbish and extend this Grade II Listed Manor House in Oxford’s North Hinksey area. The original foundations and frame date back to the 16th Century, with additions made in the 17th Century and 1930s. The proposal is for new fabric improvements (including the addition of breathable wood-fibre insulation and new windows), internal alterations, and a new extension which responds to the form and materiality of the existing building. Our Heritage Consultant is lending their expertise alongside our Project Architect to develop the proposals, submit for Listed Building Consent, and ultimately see the project through on site.
