Nestled between Cowley Road and St Clements, this extension and loft conversion makes use of a constrained site to create bright and airy internal spaces with its contrasting forms and full-height glazing. The timber-frame houses a new open-plan living area and master bedroom with impressive vaulted ceilings that make the most of their relatively small footprint. Jessop and Cook were appointed by this domestic client to realise their brief from concept to completion; providing full Architectural, Contract Administration, and Principal Designer Services. We also helped the project through Planning Permission and a Planning Appeal process.
