Affordable modern housing for the first time buyer who is priced out of the property market but salaried out of social housing - this is the brief for the design. We have been commissioned to take forward an existing design and carry out RIBA Stages 4 – 7 on this exciting project in South East London. The scheme was initially designed and submitted for planning by another architect, we have then taken this scheme on to develop the detailed design and oversee the construction process. The design includes 25 one-bed ‘Pocket’ sizes apartments and a two-bed bed penthouse apartment spread over 4 stories with secure cycle storage and a communal terrace at lower ground level.
