The building was a challenging combination of two and three storey 18th century elements along with a Georgian extension constructed at the beginning of the last century. In February 2011, planning consent was granted for restoration, refurbishment and extension of the dwelling to reflect the Georgian extension to increase the size of the building, increasing the dwelling to a large 6 bedroom property with master en-suites and dressing rooms. A new swimming pool was provided and detailed external landscaping scheme completed. The interior design was completed and a gallery provided over the kitchen with games room at first floor level. Whilst the building is not listed, the character of the original building was respected and a new stone feature entrance provided along with an orangery style single storey extension to the rear.
