The site is located at Snows Motor Group, SGA Dealerships, Second Avenue, Millbrook, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 0LP. The intent was to retain the existing structure and convert the building into two linked car dealerships with associated workshop and office functions. The building was re-roofed with new cladding to the primary elevations, the car storage element was relocated to another site and the exterior part of the site developed as car display and parking associated with the new car dealerships.
