Roadchef Motorway Service Area at Norton Canes on the M6 motorway in Staffordshire. The brief was to extend the existing MSA building with a large glazed seating area, also providing a Spar store, a Leon store and a reorganisation of the internal layout. The Norton Canes site is one of Roadchef's busiest and most profitable sites and was rated as the country's best motorway service area in the latest Transport Focus Consumer survey in 2018 following completion of the project.
