A development of 34 new build dwellings, incorporating 8 affordable dwellings, ranging from 1-bedroom flats to 4-bedroom detached houses. One of the affordable dwellings was designed to M4(2) Building Regulations standard, providing an accessible and adaptable dwelling. The Practice dealt with the overall masterplan and detailed planning design, handled the planning applications and associated discharge of conditions, and provided the Building Regulations design service, including the arrangement of required sub-consultants.
