Situated on a corner site, the development comprises of two blocks, each responding to the scale and design of the street on which it is located. A four storey apartment block continues the height of a neighbouring Victorian terrace, and a row of three storey houses reflects the scale of the houses it adjoins. Sustainability measures incorporated into the design include triple glazed windows, green roofs, solar thermal water heating and ground source heat pumps.
