OUR VALUES Innes Associates is an architecture and urban design practice based in London. Our purpose is to design buildings and places that people are proud of. Through good leadership, optioneering, care with budgets, and by going beyond conventional thinking, we create architecture that is uplifting and well-considered. Our clients will see the results in buildings and places that are valuable and enjoyable to use. We have a particular interest in the integration of landscape and architecture and use landscape design to maximise the appeal and usefulness of our designs. OUR STRENGTHS As a practice we are known for our excellent client management, proactive leadership, thoughtful yet creative designs, and intelligent problem solving. We like working with people, sharing design options, and overcoming challenges that other architects can’t solve! For our clients, the result is better teamwork and better outcomes for the resources. Offering considerable experience across all RIBA stages, our teams help to deliver projects successfully with construction budgets from £250K up to £20 million. We work to deadlines and understand what it takes to create a good set of information from concept to detailed stages. Our project leads are knowledgeable, excellent communicators and confident in leading the design process as well as the wider design team. Our team includes Passivhaus-certified architects, Principal Designers [CDM and BSA], and design expertise for Net Zero Carbon in Operation and BREEAM Excellent. We collaborate to BIM Level 2 and our quality and environmental management systems are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
