Design of a new facility for a grammar school for secondary age children. The facility is intended o provide a performance area which can be adapted to create a large hall space. Within the grounds of a listed building in a built up area community consultation as well as heritage expertise was necessary to ensure the success of the planning application. Whilst BREEAM accreditation is not a compulsory requirement for the build it has nevertheless been designed in a sustainable manner.
