The final design reconfigured the entire ground floor and included a separate living room and cloakroom. We provided a full Architectural Service that took the project from the initial brief through the concept design process, securing the Local Authority approvals and up to completion. This service included tendering the works to a recommended Builder, administering the fixed price Building Contract and inspecting the works during and after the construction phase.
