Loft conversion, garage conversion and refurbishment of a family home within Napsbury Park, St Albans. The property is located within a Conservation Area in the Green Belt, and is covered by strict Planning Restrictions. The Clients wanted to maximise the potential of their family home in Napsbury Park. Our design included converting the integrated garage into a new playroom and forming a new open plan kitchen and family room at ground floor. The redesigned ground floor included a separate living room, utility room and cloakroom. The entire interior was modernised as part of the project. The loft was converted to form a new master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom with views over the surrounding countryside.. We provided a full architectural service for this project, taking the project from the initial brief through to completion.
