Mixed use redevelopment of brownfield site in St Albans. The Client wanted to redevelop their brownfield site in St Albans to provide new Business units with Residential units above. We developed their brief and produced a concept design which maximised the potential for the site. We secured Planning Permission for the mixed use redevelopment which included six new B1 Business Units and twelve Residential apartments above. The contemporary design maximised the potential for the site, provided a modern aesthetic and remained sympathetic to the surrounding area.
