Two successful planning applications were made for this Victorian house in Chiswick – the first, a planning application for ground floor and first floor extensions; the second, a Certificate of Lawfulness application for a ‘pod’ extension at roof level. These new extensions enabled a larger living space with better connection to the garden, the remodelling of the ground floor for a cloakroom area and WC, a separate living space and a home office, an extra bedroom with bathroom, and a new family bathroom.
