This project was for a family house located in Chiswick. There were two main objectives: (i) to open up the ground floor, providing additional living space and improved connection to the garden, and (ii) to provide additional bedroom space by extending into the roof. A series of concepts were presented, from which the family could select which option best suited their brief and budget, followed by successful planning applications.
