The brief was to create some much needed outdoor space for a family occupying a first floor flat in Southfield. Planning was successfully granted for a roof extension and a roof terrace, providing living / kitchen space opening directly onto the roof terrace. This in turn allowed space on the first floor to be reconfigured with improved bedrooms, separate play room, and an extra bathroom.
