The client had been a main contractor on a previous project and they commissioned Independent Architects to design a new build house with basement accommodation including a cinema room. Architectural services included Lead Consultant, concept, planning, technical design and site supervision through to completion. A series of products and furniture pieces were designed specifically for the house and were complimented by a variety of interior materials and finishes. A bespoke water feature was commissioned for the terrace and a garden office building designed and included in the garden composition. Photography – Thameside Media
