Lead consultant delivering the concept design and planning permission for a new build, mixed-use central London site. The project creates nine storeys plus a basement, with two floors for retail, two for offices and ten residential apartments on the upper levels, including two full floor penthouses. Located on High Holborn with views to the south over the grounds of Lincolns Inn, the scheme has been developed to create an integrated solution for a tight urban site. Façades delineate the different functions at various levels through the changing detail of Portland Stone cladding, metalwork fenestration and terracing of balconies. The scheme is currently in development.
