IDP Group was invited to work with Wokingham Borough Council, Wilson Bowden Developments and David Wilson Homes to develop proposals to deliver a bold new vision for the town centre that is sensitive to its market town historic fabric. The extensive urban extension of the wider town has required the reimagining of the town centre in order to ensure it provides the amenities necessary for a fast expanding population. As part of a wider approach to reinforce the town with additional retail and mixed uses, IDP worked closely with Benoy Architects and LDA Design Landscape Architects.
