Refurbishment of an Historic House Ryan House is a prominent Grade 2 Listed building overlooking the River Thames and adjoining the site of a school. It was fully renovated and converted for use as the Headmaster's house. The upper ground floor with balcony has been restored as the principal reception rooms to be used not only as part of the private house but also for some of the school's more formal functions, such as key lectures and for 'House' dinners. The garden has been fully landscaped down to the river frontage.
