A highly constrained site in an accessible and attractive Romford town centre location called for a straightforward and highly efficient strategy to maximise value and minimise construction costs. The development comprises four 2-bedroom and two 1-bedroom flats, designed to National Space standards and meeting all Havering policies, configured to maximise functionality and create generous living accommodation, with wide Juliette balconies fully opening the interiors to the exterior. The project was completed on budget in a 9-month construction period, with iArch providing full architectural services, contract administration and Principal Designer services.
