An extremely complex project involving a multi-storey extension adding approximately 10,000 sqm to an existing city centre shopping and leisure centre. Under a PPP contract the developer received the land fir the extension in return for providing new underground public parking and a thoughtfully landscaped urban square. The project was conceived and progressed by a team headed by Peter Wislocki, the founding director of iArch, in his previous role as a regional director of ESA/Capita.
