Following exploratory discussions and appraisals of constraints and opportunities, iArch proposed a number of development strategies to deliver a new presbytery (priest's home and private office) and much enhanced narthex (church entrance and meeting venue), cross-funded by a development of four substantial houses, adjoining a listed heritage asset, minimising risks to the client and generating a substantial cash surplus to secure the parish's long-term financial viability. iArch advised on the overall development strategy, including funding models, and led the design and planning services.
