Sitting in an enviable location, our clients saw the opportunity to create a family home for themselves however the overall plot was the only thing that they liked and approached Hunter Architects to inspire them and create a modern home. The resulting design creates a contemporary, yet contextual bespoke 4,500 sq ft home making the most of the plot. A new entrance and staircase create a striking first appearance as you enter the home, with a double-height space and picture window over the rear garden creating a dynamic space which leads on to the core rooms in the house.
