Contemporary and sustainable reworking of a traditional Welsh cottage to create large modern family home. Located in Open Countryside the permission secured increased floorspace above that allowable under policy. Our clients wanted to create a comfy, warm and light house utilising the views on all sides. The ground floor living spaces have no internal doors but utilise free standing furniture and walls to zone the various parts.
